The Department of Environmental Protection’s DEP Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board will hold a meeting on February 20 to consider proposed changes to Marcellus Shale drilling regulations required by Act 13 of 2012. (formal notice)

Also on the agenda is the agency’s final spill prevention and containment policy.

The meeting will be held in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 10:00.
