Water Monitors Asked to Submit Data on Impaired Streams
|
The Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting water quality data from stream monitoring programs from across the state as part of its effort to identify impaired streams and water bodies under Section 303(d) of the federal Clean Water Act. The deadline for submission of data and information to be included in the 2006 Integrated Report is August 30. There are very specific data submission requirements under this program that can be found by downloading DEP’s Data Solicitation Request. Please take the time to review this information carefully. |
