The North American Association for Environmental Education is seeking nominations for its “Outstanding Contributions to Research in Environmental Education” Award for 2005

The deadline for submission is July 1.

To be considered an individual must have exhibited a commitment to environmental education research through activities in the following areas:

1. Conducting EE research of a substantive nature that contributes to the theory and practice of EE;

2. Reporting of EE research at professional conferences or in refereed journals or other research publications; or

3. Promoting EE research through activities, such as serving on research committees or on editorial boards of research publications, teaching and/or serving on thesis committees, and designing training programs in research and evaluation.

Awards will be announced during the annual conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, October 25-29. The Awards Committee will review nominations and make recommendations to the NAAEE Board of Directors.
