Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice proposing changes to all Chapter 105 Water Obstruction and Encroachments Permits and 401 Water Quality Certifications for consistency with revised Chapter 105 regulations.

DEP also published a notice of certification requests under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program and notice of changes to the list of firms certified to perform radon-related activities (PA Bulletin page 1047).

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice of proposed additions to the list of Wild Trout Streams and Class A Wild Trout Waters.
