The National Association of Water Companies-PA Chapter will hold its annual meeting and awards luncheon on May 7 in Hearing Room 1, Keystone Building in Harrisburg starting at 8:30. 

Each year the Chapter recognizes an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the drinking water industry in the state with the James McGirr Kelly Award at its award luncheon.

The Annual Award for Excellence was named for the late James McGirr Kelly, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Judge Kelly was a former member of the Public Utility Commission and former vice president of American Water Works Service Company, Inc.  He was the first recipient of the award in 1983.
