The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice for a final technical guidance on combined sewer overflows and a notice of Nutrient Credit Trading certification requests.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published a notice of consumptive water use requests approved by the Commission.

Final DEP ID: 385-2000-011. Title: Pennsylvania Combined Sewer Overflow Policy. Description: This document provides the Department's overall permitting and compliance monitoring policy for large, small and satellite municipal combined sewer systems. Minor revisions were made to incorporate new bureau name and some changes in references to older regulations. Two Forms (3800-FM-WSFR0441 and 3800-FM-WSFR442) at the end of the document were also inserted to incorporate the latest form with the new bureau name.
