The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of changes to technical guidance: rescission of change orders for the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Program. final off-site audit manual for the HSCA Program, final end of project report on policy and procedures under HSCA and final subcontractor approval process in HSCA contracts.
