At its April 16 meeting, DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council will hear a presentation from PUC Commissioner Pamela Witmer on revenue received from the Act 13 drilling impact fees and how those monies were distributed.

Also on the agenda is an update on natural gas radiation study and a summary of comments received on natural gas distribution facility general permit by Vince Brisini, DEP Deputy Secretary for Air, Radiation and Remediation.

The meeting will be held in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 11:00.
