Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice of final technical guidance-- The Land Recycling Program Technical Guidance Manual and published notice of a proposed revision to a waste general permit WMGR081 related to disassembling and mechanical processing of electronic waste.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture published a notice announcing the availability of a draft environmental assessment for implementation of the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program in the Delaware River Basin.
