DEP Citizens Advisory Council will hear a presentation at its May 22 meeting on how the Department of Environmental Protection considers endangered and threatened species impacts identified in the PA Natural Diversity Inventory in its permit reviews.

The meeting agenda also includes a discussion with Chris Abruzzo, Acting Secretary of DEP, a presentation on DEP Enforcement and Fines process and a presentation on Rosebud Mining Stream Restoration Project.

The Council meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg.
