Household Chemical Collection Events Set For Allegheny, Venango Counties In July

Do you have leftover, unusable, or unwanted paint and paint products, aerosol cans, gasoline, kerosene, nail polish and remover, hair color, household cleaners, batteries, pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals, mercury, photo chemicals or other hazardous materials taking up space in your home? The PA Resources Council and partners will help you safely dispose of household chemicals in 2 counties this month for a reasonable fee of $2 per gallon at collection events-- -- July 20 - Venango County, Cranberry Mall, Route 322, Cranberry Township. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Click Here for event flyer; and -- July 27 - Allegheny County, Second Avenue Plaza Lot, City of Pittsburgh. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Click Here for event flyer.
