DEP also published notice modifying Chapter 105 Water and Obstruction and Encroachment General Permits GP 1 through GP-11 and GP-15 to be consistent with revised regulations and fees recently adopted by the Environmental Quality Board. Description: The purpose of this document is to establish uniform procedures and protocol for reviewing and approving third-party provider-based training courses for prerequisite training for sewage enforcement officer (SEO) certification, continuing education of SEOs and for the training of onlot sewage system installers to ensure application of appropriate credit for completed training. This document also provides for uniform procedures and protocols for reviewing and approving conferences as continuing education for sewage enforcement officers. The substantive revisions clarify that the guidance applies to prerequisite training for SEO certification as well as continuing education training for SEOs and training for onlot sewage system installers.
