The Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission will hold a hearing on revisions to pollution control standards related to mixing zones on August 13 at the Airport Holiday Inn, 1717 Airport Exchange Blvd., Erlanger, Kentucky starting at 4:30. (formal notice and background)

The Commission has also scheduled two informational webinars on August 1 and August 6 to provide the public with background on the proposed changes.  No public comments will be accepted during these webinars.

The comment period for these proposed changes will remain open until September 12.
