The PA State Association of Township Supervisors has issued a call for presentations for its annual Educational Conference and Trade Show to be held at the Hershey Lodge on April 13-16, 2014.

PSATS plans to provide over 80 workshop opportunities to our conference attendees in 2014.  Historically over 4,000 attendees take part in the Annual Conference.

The Request for Presentations is an integral step in the development of the workshop schedule and ensures that we are providing the most up-to-date and relevant workshops to all conference attendees.  Please take a moment to review the RFP. 

If you are interested in presenting during the Conference, fill it out in its entirety and send it to Carol Kilko by email: ckilko@psats.org or fax: 717-763-9732  by the close of business August 21.

Please note: submission of a proposal does not guarantee a workshop presentation opportunity at the conference.  The conference planning committee and the PSATS staff will collect all of the RFP’s submitted and review them based on: Overall content and its relevance to municipal officials; Proposed learning objectives; and Acknowledgement checked and all required elements submitted.

All applicants will be notified of the status of their session proposal no later than November 15, 2013.
