The PA Resources Council and its partners will hold two special collection events in Allegheny County: a Hard To Recycle collection event on August 17 in the Strip District in Pittsburgh and on September 21 a Household Chemical Collection at the South Park Wave Pool parking lot in Pittsburgh.
