The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice extending the comment period on proposed changes to the Permit Review Public Participation Policy to August 27.

DEP also published a notice extending the NPDES General Permit for Wet Weather Overflow Discharges from Combined Sewer Systems (PAG-06) and a notice proposing revisions to the General Permit for Bluestone Mining (BMR-GP-105) for comment.
