The PA Environmental Council will hold its annual meeting on September 11 at the Harrisburg Hilton from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In addition to providing an overview of PEC programs and plans, PEC will host several speakers--

-- Keynote Address: Rep. Kate Harper (R-Montgomery) provides a legislative perspective on water management goals;

-- Lee McDonnell, Director of DEP’s Bureau of Point and Non-Point Source Management provides a clean water update;

-- Andrew Johnson, The William Penn Foundation, provides an overview of the Foundation’s new watershed protection program strategy; and

-- Gary Brown provides case examples of stormwater challenges.

The cost to attend is $25 and online registration is available.
