Jennifer Reed-Harry, Paul Bruder Named To Chesapeake Bay Citizens Committee

Gov. Corbett has appointed Jennifer Reed-Harry and Paul Bruder to the interstate Citizens’ Advisory Committee to the Chesapeake Bay Executive Council.

Jennifer Reed-Harry is an Assistant Vice President for PennAg Industries Association and serves on the  Aquaculture Council, Legislative and Environmental Affairs, Transportation and Workforce Committees.  A registered lobbyist, Jennifer also is very active on the Capitol scene, meeting with legislators and staff on pertinent issues.

Paul Bruder is a partner in the Rhoads & Sinon law firm based in Harrisburg and is chair of the firm’s Environmental Law and Natural Resources practice.  He focuses his practice in the areas of regulatory compliance, brownfield remediation and development, oil and gas and other natural resources, alternative energy, land use and real estate development, and also litigates complex matters involving issues of environmental law.

The Chesapeake Executive Council established the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) in 1984 to provide non-governmental perspective, advice and guidance to the Chesapeake Bay Program with respect to Chesapeake Bay Program policies. 

CAC is composed of 29 members and 4 Young Delegates representing diverse professional and educational backgrounds, yet all dedicated to improving the health of the Bay.
