The Environmental Quality Board meets on August 16 to consider DEP’s report on a petition setting mercury limits on power plants and laboratory accreditation regulations. Notices were also published by the Department of Environmental Protection on water quality standards review and by the IRRC commenting on regulations.

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission received the final Environmental Quality Board regulations covering concentrated animal feeding operations for review.

The Coal and Clay Mine Subsidence Board published a correction to regulations governing coverage it provides in the August 6 PA Bulletin.

DEP notice of water quality standards review for three creeks in Carbon, Chester and Monroe counties.

Fish and Boat Commission notice removing a portion of Cross Fork Creek in Potter County as a Class A Wild Trout waters.
