Draft: DEP ID: 392-2130-014. Guidelines for Identification of Critical Water Planning Areas. The Water Resources Planning Act (Act 220 of 2002) provides for the identification of Critical Water Planning Areas. The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to DEP staff, Regional Water Recourses Committees, and Statewide Water Resources Committees in the identification of those areas.
