The November issue of the Environmental Synopsis newsletter is now available from the Joint Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee.

Topics covered in the newsletter include: list of programs at high risk of fraud, air quality trading program, tapping California shale oil and renewal of wind tax credits.
