The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of a revision to General Permit WMGR097 relating to the beneficial use of municipal and residual waste which will become available for use on March 1, 2014.  Visit DEP’s eLibrary webpage and type “WMGR097” in the search box for the final permit and a comment/response document.

The Governor’s Office published an index of Executive Orders, management directives and other issuances for reference purposes in the November 23 PA Bulletin, page 6901.
