The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of draft technical guidance on guidelines for identifying, tracking and resolving violations for erosion and sedimentation control, NPDES stormwater construction, dam safety and waterways management programs.

DEP published a notice of availability of General Permit PAG-06 related to discharges from petroleum product contaminated groundwater remediation systems.

DEP published notice of proposed changes to the Regional Haze State Implementation Plan related to the Cheswick Power Plant, Allegheny County and three public hearings.

The State Conservation Commission published notice of county allocations under the Dirt and Gravel Road Program.
