Mine Water Reuse: Senate Bill 411 (Kasunic-D-Somerset) encouraging the reuse of mine drainage and mine pool water for drilling operations was reported from the Senate Appropriations Committee and is now on the Senate Calendar for action.  A summary and Senate Fiscal Note are available.

House

Backup Generators: House Bill 1699 (Ross-R-Chester) setting air quality standards for backup generators was amended to remove air quality standards and reported out of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee and was Tabled.
