PRC Hosts PECO Smart Ideas Energy Conservation Workshops

The PA Resources Council and PECO will present Smart Ideas energy conservation workshops at nine different events in Southeast Pennsylvania during April.

Although, the Smart Ideas programs are specific to PECO, many are universally practical for all electric consumers. Implementing the Low Cost/No Cost Tips can help electric users significantly reduce their energy consumption.

The Smart Ideas Workshops will be held--

-- April 22 - 9 - 2, Amtrack Environmental Fair, 30th Street Station, Philadelphia

-- April 25 - 9:30 - 2, Ambler Earthfest, 580 Meetinghouse Road, Ambler

-- April 26 - 11 - 3, Elmwood Zoo Park Party for the Planet, 1661 Harding Blvd., Norristown

-- April 26 - 11 - 3, Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education Nature Palooza, 8480 Hagy's Mill Rd., Philadelphia

-- April 26 - 10 - 3, Lower Merion Conservancy Children's Earth Day Forest, 1301 Rose Glen Rd., Gladwyne

-- April 26 - 10 - 1, Upper Merion Earth Day, 175 W. Valley Forge Rd., King of Prussia
