Chatham University Workshops Seek To Advance Rainwater Catchment Systems

American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association is partnering with the Falk School of Sustainability at Chatham University to host an accredited workshop on May 8 and 9 at the University’s Eden Hall Campus, 6035 Ridge Road, Gibsonia, Allegheny County. The two-day, AP-level workshop is an in-depth rainwater-harvesting course providing attendees with knowledge for rainwater harvesting, both active and passive, design and installation for both outdoor and in-home rainwater use; sanitation for potable uses; rules and regulations, guidelines; business management; project planning; site and installation safety; and system construction and maintenance. This course will deal with residential, irrigation and larger commercial installations.
