Severance Tax For Education: Senate Bill 1349 (Erickson-R-Delaware) imposing a 4 percent severance tax on natural gas production with the proceeds going to public education.

Severance Tax: Senate Bill 1359 that will overhaul key requirements of the statute which regulates oil and gas drilling in the Commonwealth, enact a severance tax and impose a two year moratorium on additional drilling in State Forests- sponsor summary.
