Pepper Hamilton LLP is proud to announce Hannah Dowd McPhelin has been elected to the Board of Directors of the USGBC – Central PA, a Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. The USGBC – Central PA elected five new individuals to the Board of Directors.

Ms. McPhelin is an associate with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Harrisburg and Philadelphia offices. She concentrates her practice in real estate matters and other business transactions, including the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate properties and leasing of office, retail, warehouse and industrial space, representing both landlords and tenants. 

She is a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and a member of the firm’s Sustainability, CleanTech and Climate Change Team.  Ms. McPhelin is a graduate of Emory University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College.
