DEP Postpones Hearings On Hilcorp Request For Gas Well Drilling Units
|

On May 2, Department of Environmental Protection Secretary E. Christopher Abruzzo determined that petitioning property owners have the right to be an official party to the Hilcorp Application for Gas Well Spacing Units Hearing proceedings in Lawrence and Mercer counties. Also on May 2, the appointed hearing officer granted a continuance of the hearing, postponing the hearing until further notice. The hearing was previously scheduled for May 7 and May 8.
