The Environmental Quality Board meets on May 21 and will consider a proposed regulation controlling VOC emissions from boat manufacturing and rulemaking petitions from the Clearfield Creek Watershed Association to upgrade 3 streams in Cambria County: Killbuck Run, Wyerough Run, and Beaverdam Run.  The meeting will be in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building starting at 9:00.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of proposed technical guidance for comment on Blaster’s License Suspension and Revocation.

DEP also published notice of the proposed 2014-15 Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan for comment, notice of the proposed Air Monitoring Network Plan for Philadelphia for comment, notice of proposed revisions to the Air Maintenance Plan for meeting particular standards in the Philadelphia area for comment and a public hearing, notice of availability of NPDES General Permit for Discharges from Small Flow Treatment Facilities (PAG-04) and notice of revisions to Residual Waste General Permit WMGR081 relating to electronic waste processing.

The State Conservation Commission published notice of funding reallocations under the Dirt and Gravel Road Program.

DRAFT: DEP ID: 562-2402-501. Title: Blaster's License Suspension and Revocation Procedure. Description: This guidance is a substantial revision to an existing guidance document and explains the new, more transparent procedure for the suspension, modification or revocation of blaster's licenses or penalty assessment actions, or both.
