Several notices about Delaware River Basin Commission, Fish and Boat Commission and Independent Regulatory Review Commission actions on regulations were published this week.

The Delaware River Basin Commission published a notice extending the Lower Delaware River Special Protection Water designation through September 30, 2006 and a second notice announcing a public hearing on the same topic for September 26.

The Fish & Boat Commission published final regulations adding the eastern spadefoot toad and the eastern pearlshell to the list of endangered species and updated the scientific names of certain listed species.

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission has approved several Final Environmental Quality Board regulations: Lake Designations (7-388), Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (7-391) and Mining Bond Adjustments and Subsidence Control Standards (7-385).
