-- 1st Place - Scott Hafer, Hyner View State Park

-- 2nd Place - Cody Arnold, Sunbury

-- 3rd Place - Brad Hepfer, Lancaster County

-- People & The River Category:

-- 1st Place - Paul Garrett, Jersey Shore

-- 2nd Place - Terry Wild, Williamsport

-- 3rd Place - Dagny Leininger, Shamokin Dam

-- Youth Category:

-- 1st Place & Grand Prize - Sarah Knellinger, Age 16 (Photo accompanying this story.)
