The Delaware River Basin Commission published notice of changes to its water quality regulations related to PCBs in the Delaware Estuary and Bay and pH in the main stem of the Delaware River.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of availability of the NPDES General Permit for Wet Weather Overflow Discharges from Combined Sewer Systems.

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Saturday published notice of the execution of an oil and gas lease agreement on the streambed for Tenmile Creek in Morgan Township, Greene County, to allow gas development without disturbing the streambed.  The lease will result in a payment to DCNR of $10,200.

DEP also published notice of changes to list of companies certified to perform radon-related services (PA Bulletin, page 2939).
