The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to meet on June 25 to consider House Bill 2354 (Snyder-D-Fayette) requiring the approval of the General Assembly of any plan submitted by DEP to comply with EPA greenhouse emission reduction requirements- sponsor summary. 

Late Monday, the Committee added House Bill 2350 (Causer-R-Cameron) setting different environmental and operational standards for conventional oil and gas wells to the agenda-- sponsor summary.

The meeting will be held in Room G-50 of the Irvis Building starting at 9:00.

Rep. Ron Miller (R-York) serves as Majority Chair and Rep. Greg Vitali (D-Delaware) serves as Minority Chair.
