DEP To Webcast Sept. 25 Meeting Of Oil And Gas Technical Advisory Board Meeting

The Department of Environmental Protection Wednesday announced the Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board’s meeting on September 25 to discuss proposed changes to the Chapter 78 Oil and Gas regulations will be available online via webinar.

The morning session will run from 10 a.m. to noon and include discussion on the bifurcation of the regulations for the conventional and unconventional industries. The afternoon session will run from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and include discussion of several changes to the proposed Chapter 78 Subchapter C rulemaking.

The TAB meeting will be held in the Rachel Carson State Office Building, Room 105, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg.
