The PA Section of the American Water Resources Association will hold its Annual Conference on October 17 at the Susquehanna River Basin Commission offices, 4423 N. Front St., in Harrisburg starting at 9:00.

Kelly Heffner, DEP Deputy Secretary for Water Management will present the keynote address followed by panel discussions on recent changes to state and federal water policies and stormwater management in Pennsylvania.
