The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of final technical guidance on Sewage Enforcement Officer Certification and Training Program Guidance.

DEP also published notice of a federal Coastal Zone Management consistency determination for a dredging project in the Delaware River by Waste Management.

The Public Utility Commission published a tentative order setting standards for the participation of demand side management resources technical reference manual update.
