The Susquehanna River Basin Commission is scheduled to hold a hearings on proposed changes to regulations on water withdrawals by unconventional oil and gas well drillers (at 1:30) and water withdrawal requests (at 2:30) on November 6 in Harrisburg.  (formal notice) (Federal Register Notice)
