Protecting Water From Drilling Operations: Senate Bill 347 (Yudichak-D-Luzerne) further providing for water supply contamination investigations, water testing, drilling waste recordkeeping and other changes (sponsor summary).

Hearing Before Leasing More State Land: Senate Bill 348 (Yudichak-D-Luzerne) requiring DCNR to hold a hearing before leasing additional land for drilling (sponsor summary).
