DEP also published notice rescinding and withdrawing a number of enforcement related technical guidance documents relating to the Clean Streams Law. The list follows-- Final: DEP ID: 383-2300-002. Title: Training Provider Manual for the Pennsylvania Water and Wastewater System Operator Training Program. Description: This guidance provides instructions to private training providers on how to apply to become an approved provider (sponsor) of water and wastewater training in Pennsylvania and how to obtain approval of training courses taught to Pennsylvania water and wastewater operators. The manual describes sponsor responsibilities, course guidelines and other elements of the Pennsylvania water and wastewater training approval process. Substantive revisions were made to the guidance to update application forms and instructions to reflect the electronic training approval system. This guidance was published as draft at 44 Pa.B. 5628 (August 23, 2014), for a 30-day comment period. Fourteen comments were received from four commentators. Minor revisions to the draft technical guidance document resulting from the public comments are de- scribed in an accompanying Comment-Response Document.
