Severance Tax: Senate Bill 719 (Tomlinson-R-Bucks) providing for a 5 percent natural gas severance tax with proceeds dedicated to state employee and school employee pension funds (sponsor summary). Honoring Franklin L. Kury: House Resolution 223 (McCarter-D-Montgomery) a resolution honoring Franklin L. Kury for his prime role in drafting the language of the Environmental Rights Amendment (sponsor summary).
