Lake Erie Energy Projects: House Bill 1269 (Sonney-R-Erie) authorizing the Department of General Services to lease submerged lands in Lake Erie for utility scale offshore wind, solar or kinetic energy facilities and creating the Lake Erie Large Scale Energy System Development Fund (sponsor summary).

AEPS On-Farm Digesters: Senate Bill 844 (Vogel-R-Beaver) amending the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards to make special provisions for on-farm digesters (sponsor summary).
