Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of availability of a draft NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges From Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (PAG-13) for comment.  Comments on the revised policy may be submitted through DEP’s new Environmental Policy Comment System.

DEP published notice of a final interim technical guidance document on developing and publishing all technical guidance and is requesting comments.  Comments may be submitted through DEP’s new Environmental Policy Comment System.

DEP published notice it is evaluating the water quality designation for a tributary of Oley Creek in Luzerne County and invited interested parties to submit water quality data.
