Reuse Of Mine Water: Senate Bill 875 (Bartolotta-R-Greene) encourage the reuse of treated mine water for fracking oil and gas wells (sponsor summary).

Sustainable Forestry: Senate Resolution 144 (Hutchinson-R-Venango) designating June 5 as PA Sustainable Forestry Initiative Day (sponsor summary).  (The resolution was adopted by the Senate Wednesday.)

Ban On Plastic Bag Tax: House Bill 1280 (Hanna-D-Centre) prohibiting a tax, fee or surcharge on plastic bags (sponsor summary).
