Senate Committee Considers Bill On Reuse Of Treated Mine Water June 22

The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to meet on June 22 to consider Senate Bill 875 (Bartolotta-R-Fayette) encouraging the reuse of treated mine water for fracking gas wells (sponsor summary). The meeting will be held in the Rules Committee Room off the floor of the Senate at the call of the Senate. Sen.
