EPA Grant to Help Reduce Diesel Emissions at Port of Philadelphia

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency this week announced a series of grants designed to reduce emissions from diesel engines used in a variety of applications as part of the National Clean Diesel Program.

In Pennsylvania, the Delaware Valley Clean Air Council received a grant for $100,000 to help retrofit cargo handling equipment at the Port of Philadelphia used in port operations.
