Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 15 PA Bulletin extending the comment period on proposed changes to the NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (PAG-13) until August 31.

DEP published notice in the August 15 PA Bulletin of proposed changes to the Residual Waste General Permit on the beneficial use of residual waste other than coal ash (WMGR052).

DEP published notice in the August 15 PA Bulletin of federal consistency under the federal Coastal Zone Management Act for the construction of a personal watercraft boat lift on Presque Isle Bay, Lake Erie.

DEP published notice in the August 15 PA Bulletin suspending Wally Magno’s certification to perform radon testing activities.  DEP also published changes to the list of individuals and firms certified to perform radon testing services (PA Bulletin page 4838).

The Executive Board published notice in the August 15 PA Bulletin of a reorganization of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
