The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 29 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed, revised Total Maximum Daily Load Plan for Thompson Run in Allegheny County. (formal notice Aug. 29 PA Bulletin page 5449) Comments are due September 28. A copy of the TMDL is available on DEP’s TMDL webpage. |
