The Centre County Recycling & Refuse Authority has placed a recycling container at the Walker Township Fire Hall, Howard, PA. The recycling container accepts steel and aluminum cans, plastic bottles, jugs & jars, clear, green, blue and brown glass bottles & jars as well as all mixed paper.
