The Westmoreland County Conservation District and 3 Rivers Wet Weather are hosting a Selling Stormwater Management Webcast and Panel Discussion on October 28 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Funding for stormwater management is one of the biggest problems that municipal governments face.  How can you gain support for your community to solve this problem?

Join the panel discussion and webcast to learn about Pennsylvanians’ attitudes surrounding stormwater and the creation of stormwater authorities; get tips on how to successfully introduce stormwater fees with effective communication and outreach techniques; and gain access to helpful resources such as sample outreach materials.

To be there in person, the discussion will take place at the Monroeville Council Chambers, 2700 Monroeville Blvd. in Monroeville.
